This summer I was interested in building an end fed long wire tuner, I found some information on AA5TB web site and put together this tuner. One of my problems was that I needed an output circuit to tune up the antenna. I decided to go thru some old circuit information and found one to fit the bill.

The parts were found in my junk box and the circuit was built and mounted on the tuner box. It works ok and now I have a single unit for tuning up a long wire antenna for so and 40 meters. You will find the circuit for the output indicator as below.

Primary = A single wire passed thru the toroid core

Secondary = 40 turns #28 wire on T 36-6 yellow core
